  1. WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED
    The Club collects and processes your personal data to the extent deemed necessary to provide you with personalized products and services at your request. In particular, the collection and processing of your following data takes place:
    • In case you are a regular fan: the name, the AMKA and the number of your police ID card
    • If you are a season ticket holder: name, AMKA, copy of your police ID card, postal address, email address and a telephone number to contact you
    • In case you are a professional associate with the Club (natural person / freelancer): name, contact telephone, fax, e-mail address, address of your headquarters / main establishment, the competent Tax Office ., the TIN, information about your professional status, place of work and professional bank account
    • In case you work as an employee in a company, which cooperates with the Club, the latter keeps only those details of yours, which are necessary for communication with you in the context of the cooperation of our organizations. In particular, in this case the name, your phone number of the company you work for and your professional e-mail address are collected.
    We never process your personal data related to your racial or ethnic origin, your political views, your religious or philosophical beliefs, your membership in a trade union, your genetic data or your sex life or your sexual orientation. In the event that the law or the circumstances require the collection and processing of such data we will inform you either through our websites or by personal mail.
  2. ACCESS TO YOUR DATA
    • In case you are an ordinary fan or a season ticket holder, your data is provided directly by you upon your request for the issuance of the relevant ticket.
    • In case you are an associate or you work as an employee for an associate of the Club, your data is provided either directly by you or from the following sources: publications and databases, available from official authorities (such as Government Gazette, GEMI, corporate website) and from competent authorities (such as taxisnet, Tax Office in case of enforcement).

Your data is kept within the premises of the Club in both printed and electronic form with strict security frameworks.

  1. REASONS THAT THE CLUB COLLECTES YOUR DATA
    The Club collects and processes the name, telephone number, email, fax number, VAT number, competent Tax Office, place of work, bank account number and your postal address / address (a) to assess whether it can offer you the product or service you requested and under what conditions (b) to provide you with information about its products and services, (c) to issue accounts, match tickets, invoices and (d) to manage any refunds to you. The legal basis on which the Club relies for the above is the execution of a contract to which you are a party or to take action at your request and before concluding a contract with you.     Also, the purposes and the legal bases, on which the Club supports the collection and processing of the copy of your police ID and your AMKA, are (a) that their collection and processing is necessary for the club to comply with a legal obligation and (b) to safeguard your vital interests such as, in particular, in the event of your accident during a football match.
    Finally, the Club does not collect more information than required, nor information that is not related to the intended purposes of use.
  2. WHO OTHERS HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR DATA

In order for the Club to fulfill the above collection purposes, it discloses your personal data only to:
• Service providers who perform services on his behalf
• Economic or judicial authorities, government agencies or public bodies, upon request and to the extent permitted by law
• Approved professionals such as lawyers, accountants, notaries or auditors if and to the extent deemed necessary on a case by case basis.
